99pak Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 99pak ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://99pak.app and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

By accessing the 99pak platform, creating a player account, depositing funds, placing any bet, or otherwise using any part of the service, you unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not register an account or use the platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

To be eligible to register and use the 99pak platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter;
• Be a natural person (corporate registrations are not accepted for player accounts);
• Provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration and at any point when requested by 99pak;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, director, officer, or close associate of 99pak or any of its affiliated companies;
• Not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the platform.

99pak reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

Each player may maintain only one (1) registered account on the 99pak platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide a valid Pakistani mobile telephone number, a valid email address, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 99pak will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify 99pak immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

• Account information must be kept accurate and up to date at all times;
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or gifted to third parties;
• 99pak reserves the right to close any account that is found to be registered with false or misleading information.

99pak accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All funds deposited must originate from payment methods registered in the account holder's own name.

Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 500 (or as displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit);
• 99pak does not impose deposit processing fees on our end; however, your payment provider may apply charges — please check with JazzCash or your bank;
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider;
• 99pak is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems.

Withdrawals from your 99pak balance are processed in PKR to the payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to successful identity verification and compliance with these Terms.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 1,000;
• 99pak reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawals associated with active bonus wagering requirements may be held until those requirements are satisfied;
• 99pak reserves the right to conduct fraud and security checks, which may delay processing timelines;
• Withdrawal requests that cannot be processed due to unresolved verification issues will be held pending resolution, not forfeited.

In cases where a deposit method does not support withdrawals, 99pak will process the withdrawal via an alternative approved method to the same account holder.

99pak may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer and on the relevant promotions page.

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn — the applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion;
• Unless explicitly stated, bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device;
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated as combinable;
• 99pak reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with reasonable notice where possible;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through multi-accounting or colluding with other players — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All bets placed on the 99pak platform are subject to these Terms and to any specific game rules applicable to the relevant product (casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, slots, virtual sports). Specific rules for each product are accessible within the respective game or section.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it is binding and may not be cancelled or amended by the player, except where explicitly permitted by the specific game rules;
• In the event of a manifest error (typographical, technical, or otherwise) in the display of odds, game results, or payouts, 99pak reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players;
• Winnings arising from games where a technical malfunction occurred that affected the outcome may be withheld pending investigation;
• For sports betting: 99pak reserves the right to limit stakes, refuse bets, or void markets at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected match-fixing or abnormal betting patterns.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99pak platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Using the platform while under the age of 18;
• Providing false or misleading registration information;
• Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment methods;
• Money laundering or using the platform to obscure the origin of funds;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers or promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play ("bonus abuse");
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 99pak staff or other players via any support or communication channel.

99pak is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered players via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Restrict how long you can play in a single session;

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99pak shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credentials securely;
• Interruption of service due to technical failures, maintenance, or force majeure events;
• Decisions made based on information displayed on the platform that contained a manifest error;
• Any third-party payment provider delays or failures.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 99pak's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

99pak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 99pak platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform prior to the effective date.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 99pak platform shall first be referred to our customer support team for informal resolution. 99pak aims to resolve all player disputes within 14 business days of a formal complaint being submitted.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English. The seat of arbitration shall be determined at 99pak's reasonable discretion.
